Overview

 The walk starts with a steady climb up the slopes of Mynydd Carn Ingli before dropping into Cwm

Gwaun and then heading north to Cwm Glydach

before a return to Newport .We will cover ancient green lanes and open moorland. There

is limited road walking once outside of Newport.
