Overview

A challenging walk designed to fit in lots of hills, maybe in preparation for planned walks in the mountains. Some ascents are optional, but there's a minimum of 620 meters or 2000 feet, the equivalent of climbing a Lakeland peak. If you do all the options, expect something closer to 800 meters. Lunch is around the half-way point in Kemsing, where there are public toilets and a pub for a drink (please bring a picnic).
