Saturday 25th April 2026 - Train Excursion

Spring has arrived and it's time to get some fresh seaside air and sand on your walking boots!

Catching the 09:27 train from Shrewsbury to Borth the walk commences at Borth Railway Station at 11:05.

Following the Welsh Coastal Footpath the route follows the coast south towards Aberystwyth.

Outstanding coastal walking with sandy beaches, clifftop paths and a full Welsh seaside experience.

The walk arrives in the seaside town of Aberystwyth, where there will be time to enjoy the seaside delights of the town.

Return train departs Aberystwyth at 17:27, arriving in Shrewsbury 19:19
