Overview

Please join us outside The Forum (cafe and toilets inside) for a very varied winter walk past city landmarks, through parks and a surprising number of green spaces and nature reserves. 

There are various methods of transport - express coach from Thetford, train from Stowmarket or Park and Ride. Further details for suggested times will be given here nearer the time.

  • Train from Bury St Edmunds 09.25 - changing Stowmarket 09.44 - arriving Norwich 10.19. Walkers arriving by train start and finish the walk at the station. and will be led by Val to the Forum.
  • Bus from Thetford 09.25 - arriving Norwich 10.20 - led by Chris to the Forum. Free parking in Iceland car park.
