Overview

Meet at 11.00 (please note slightly later start time) on Platform 1 of Paddington station (Circle, District, Bakerloo & Elizabeth lines) (no ticket barriers on this platform).  Join Terry for a three-and-a-half mile linear walk into Kensington Gardens, then on to the celebrated district of Notting Hill with its association with the 1999 film and world-famous carnival, discovering its history and visit the legendary Portobello Road market.  Finishing at Ladbroke Grove station (Circle line).  Toilets and refreshments.
