Overview

This route takes in a disused railway track past Alton.  We then walk over the Churnet and up the steps to Town End Alton.  Up to Toothill Woods and down Raikes Dale.  Continuing up and over Dimmingsdale to Old Furnace.  We then return up and over the lane to Oakamoor.
