The only way is Essex ( linear walk )

 The meeting point is Hainault station ( Central Line ).

We will walk to the start of the forest of Essex to be greeted by ancient hornbeam trees, and from there, make our way upwards to the Camelot ( Miller and Carter pub ) for lunch. We can eat at the Camelot or you can bring a picnic ( as long as you buy a drink ).

Afterwards we will head to Lambourne End, Abridge, and finish the walk at Theydon Bois station.
