We are a very active and friendly Ramblers group. Our programme explores the most attractive countryside in the surrounding area including the Surrey Hills.
Meet 10:00 at the free car park on A320 Guildford Road (Explorer 160, GridRef TQ021634, nearest postcode KT16 0PB), opposite Christ Church, Ottershaw.
A circular walk via Ottershaw Chase, Ether Hill, Timber Hill, Brox Lane and Row Town to Walton Leigh Recreation Ground (drinks stop), then a gentle stroll back afterwards via Hare Hill Open Space. Optional pub lunch near the end of the walk at the Castle Inn, Brox Road.
It will be muddy on some footpaths so bring walking poles if you use them.
