Sunday 20th July - Chalfont for a Change

Meet 09.00 at Staines Station for car transfer (optional) or 10.00 at Chalfont St. Peter public car park behind the Greyhound pub / St. Peters Church. Post Code SL9 9TW (£1.20 all day: cash, card or Ringo) This is a circular (undulating a.m./flattish p.m.) walk along woody ancient ways in Bucks/Herts, taking in the Colne Valley (HS2 viaduct), Grand Union Canal and the Misbourne Valley chalk stream.  Picnic/Pub lunchtime at the popular Old Orchard at Harefield with valley views. Possible Garden Centre café for tea (p.m.).
