The fifth in a series of six walks. Each begins at a station that is generally served only by one of London Overground's six recently-renamed lines and heads for the edge of the city and the countryside beyond. This time, the collector's item: the Liberty Line stands alone, just three stops long and not crossing paths with its five siblings. After the first few miles, the highways skirting the city give way to rural Essex byways and a rolling landscape dotted with villages, old churches and manor houses. Please bring packed lunch, pub stop at end of walk.
