We are the Waltham Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Parking at Owslebury is limited so car share if possible. If you are visiting The Ship pub for a drink/meal after the walk you can park in The Ship pub car park. The start for the walk is a few minutes walk from the pub. The walk starts at the church and heads toward Morestead, but turns off at Stags Lane. This continues as Honeyman Lane to Bushy Copse. The route then heads across fields to Baybridge and back to Owslebury.
There are a few climbs but none are steep. Parts of the route are very muddy so wellies/boots/poles are recommended. There are only two stiles and two fields have horses in them.
Park where convenient and meet by the church.
