Overview

Starting from Folly Bridge over the Thames we will walk through Christchurch Meadow then via a convoluted route through the city centre viewing many of the major historic buildings before crossing the River Cherwell to walk through Headington Hill Park then alongside the Cherwell and through the University Parks to the high class Victorian suburbs of North Oxford before crossing the Oxford Canal and walking across Port Meadow to Wolvercote then along the River Thames and the Oxford Canal back to the city centre. Hopefully there will be some good autumn colours in the parks.
