A celebration walk for John Harding's 80th birthday. After the walk we have booked the Skittle Alley at The Crook and Shears for a lunch time buffet and perhaps even a game of skittles for John's friends. The walk is open to all but the buffet is only for the people who have booked with Roger.
Meet to car share / convoy at Stannah Parking Bays, Anton Mill Rd Andover, please note that the meet time is the time that we intend to leave the car park. If leaving your car there, please put 'Andover Ramblers' note in the windscreen area. Parking by permission of Stannah. If you intend to go directly to the start point then inform the walk leader before hand in case of cancellation etc
THERE ARE LIMITED PARKING SPACES AT BOTH WEST DOWN CAR PARK AND THE CROOK AND SHEARS SO PLEASE FILL YOUR CARS AT STANNAH'S CAR PARK OR BY ARRANGEMENT BEFORE. Parking for the Crook & Shears is either on the street or in the Village Hall car Park. Please keep to the right hand side of the car park which is set aside for the pub customers. BEWARE OF THE STEEP RAMP WHEN ENTERING OF LEAVING THE VILLAGE HAPP CAR PARK.
