Description: An easy pace, undulating walk through woods and fields affording views of the Thames with one steep stepped descent.
Food: Picnic lunch.
Travel: Elizabeth line (Liverpool Street 10:05, Tottenham Court Road 10:11, Paddington 10:17, Ealing Broadway 10:26, arriving at Reading at 11:10). Cross to Platform 12 for the 11:23 Didcot Parkway service arriving at Pangbourne at 11.31. Freedom Pass holders travel free to Reading on the Elizabeth Line so need only buy a day return from Reading to Pangbourne.
A joint walk with the Hampstead and Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster Groups.
Start and finish at Pangbourne Railway Station.
