Overview

We climb up through Dare Valley Country Park to go along Craig Pen-rhiw-llech, with views across the Beacons. Then down to, and along Cwm Rhondda-fach to Maerdy, before a short climb to Craig Bedwlwyn, down to Cwmaman, then up again to Rhos-gwawr before the final descent back to the park.
