Overview

From Pateley Bridge we have a steep ascent to Scot Gate Ash, we then walk along the top taking in views before descending into Wath. We cross the river and ascend to Heathfield where we will have a short break. We drop down to the lead mines and then head over to Bradstones beck for our lunch break. We then head for Greenhow Hill and Cold Stones cut. We return to Pateley through farms, Fish Pond Woods and Sugar Hill.
