The section of the walk from the River Taff to the top of the Garth involves a strenuous climb of 235m in 1.3Km over some rough paths.  There are four stiles to cross.

 

Paths to Wellbeing was a Ramblers’ Cymru project giving 18 communities across Wales the tools and training to improve nature and access to walking in their local areas.  In the Pentyrch and Creigiau area this has resulted in 8 walk descriptions, one of these being designated the Trinity.
