Starting in Cranbrook, this walk passes through lots of attractive woodland and some orchards. There will be a lunch stop at Sissinghurst Castle (after about 7.2 miles) which has toilets and two cafes (if open!). The cafes can get busy so I recommend bringing your own snacks. Also, indoor seating is limited, so please be prepared to sit outside. If its raining heavily the stop will be kept to a minimum. There is a small amount of road walking including a short stretch on the A229. Cranbrook has various pubs for post walk drinks, including the quirky Larkins Alehouse.
If you can, please RSVP to this walk via our Meetup site. This will give our volunteer walk leaders an idea of how many are attending.
