The walk from Storey Arms to Pen y Fan begins at the Storey Arms Outdoor Centre, with a steady uphill climb for about 1 km left of the centre. After this initial ascent, the path levels out briefly before descending slightly. The final section involves a steep climb to the summit of Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales at 886 meters. Coming back on the path leading to the lower car park.
Meet at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start.
There will be plenty of time before it gets dark. Bring a drink and snacks with you.
