Walsall Group of Ramblers has been around since 1992 and in that time we've introduced many people to the joys and benefits of walking with the Ramblers
A moderate walk in Cannock Chase south-west of Rugeley.
We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 08:30am. The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than registered assistance dogs on Walsall Group walks.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.

Car park in Daw End Lane, Rushall, opposite McDonald's.
Penkridge Bank car park, Cannock Chase. Turn R onto Lichfield Rd/A461 then L onto Pelsall Ln/B4154. At The Turf, take the 2nd exit onto Walsall Rd/B4154. At Five Ways Island, take the 2nd exit onto Hednesford Rd/B4154. Continue onto Hill St. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hill St/B4154. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Uxbridge St/A460. After Hednesford Park turn L onto Station Rd. Turn R onto Brindley Heath Rd. Continue onto Marquis Dr. Keep ahead at crossroads. Turn R onto Penkridge Bank Rd for 0.6 mile. After RH bend turn L into Penkridge Bank Car Park.
