Overview

The walk begins at Kingdom Cafe car park south of Penshurst.  We continue south towards Ashurst by Kent Water and onto Fordcombe for lunch at the Chafford Arms or picnic lunch on the green.  In the  afternoon we follow the River Medway until we have a steep climb up to the road where we pass the Spotted Dog.  We continue uphill for a short distance before turning by the Bottle House and back to Kingdom.
