Overview

The walk is a circular walk that initially passes via St Michaels Catholic Church, Springwater Church, Sedgewell Spring Well, and the beautiful All Saints Church, before heading to Greys Green and then to Greys Court National Trust for a drink, food and toilet stop. Bring your Membership if a member. We then head towards Earls Wood, Shepherds Green and Satwell before heading via Kingwood Common to a stop off at the Red Lion pub for a cuppa and toilet stop. We then return to the start point via Peppard Common.

Meet at Peppard Cricket Club car park for a 10:20 start. This car park is fairly small, so consider car sharing. There is also free parking on the north side of the cricket ground on a side road. It is also accessible by bus. From Reading, catch the number 25 bus from Friar Street at 9:45am which arrives at 10:15.

Very little road walking, no stiles and only a couple of ups and downs to contend with. Stinging nettles are growing fast so long trousers suggested. Next to no mud. Please bring a packed lunch and drink, as usual.
