We are the Guildford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A figure of eight walk across the Common, through the Woods and around the village. Mainly flat terrain and good conditions underfoot. Some mud after heavy rain and may be wet in places. The first half of the walk, 3 miles, will be leisurely returning to the car park for the refreshment break. Those who wish to continue will walk another 3 miles after the break.
Group Christmas drinks & mince pies during the middle of the walk. Several pubs and a cafe for optional refreshments at the end of the walk. This is a good opportunity for all members to join a walk & social activity just prior to Christmas festivities.
Free car park off Avenue de Cagny, Pirbright. If the car park is full park around the Green.
