Overview

Starting at Artington park and ride, we cross the river Wey and then head up to St Martha’s church via Chilworth Manor for a coffee break.  We then set off for Watts Chapel passing through the Chantries following the Pilgrims’ way for part of the route.  We then return to our start point along a path that has fine views of Loseley House.

A moderate walk with no stiles.  1,300ft of assent, poles will be useful if muddy.  The walk will start from the far left hand corner of the Arlington Park and Ride car park, next to the gate that leads to the footpath which runs alongside the railway.

Please bring refreshments and a picnic lunch or there is a cafe at Watts Gallery if you prefer.

Well behaved dogs very welcome.
