Overview

John Hannaford will lead this walk assisted by Trevor.

Unfortunately parts of the planned Combwich walk are not walkable due to flooding and mud and so John has come up with an alternative which follows on nicely from our last Wednesday walk around Ham Hill.

The walk will start from the WWT main car park and follow the mainly gravel paths around the reserve, with plenty of time for bird watching. There are various walkways, bird hides and good views of the surrounding landscape. This is approximately 3 miles but there are other options for extending the walk further. Parking is free but donations are always welcome. Toilets are available. Dogs are permitted on leads.

For more details and a map visit the WWT Steart Marshes website.
