Leaving in the inland direction of Henilys to Trefin turning to the coast at Rhoslanog-fach to Abercastle, my first time on this route taking the coastal path on the return section . Wide grassy paths a few climbs( not to bad ) and a scramble . With rugged coast line views and a few muddy sections.
Lots of past history remains in Porthgain and on coast route.
(Toilets at Abercastle closed.)
Please check the walks programme the afternoon before the walk for any changes .
Sorry not suitable for dogs.
Grade of walk (on the more strenuous side of moderate )
