Overview

Park at Adlestrop village car park. SP24158 27193 (donation box no toilet facilities).

Jane Austen’s mum’s cousin lived at Adlestrop and she visited on at least 2 occasions. There is evidence she also visited Daylesford house. Her brother married the (probably) illegitimate daughter of Warren Hastings who owned Daylesford at this time. Take away drinks and toilets available at Daylesford.

Light Picnic at Oddington old church  famous for wall paintings before heading back to Adlestrop.
