Overview

GRADE - LEISURELY PLUS

Meet at Glasgow Queen Street Station in time for the 1043 train to Balloch.   Return ticket to Balloch.   Leader will join train at Partick.

Taking in Carman muir and Milburn muir with its iron age fort, and Overton muir and Bromley muir, then we will join the Stoneymollan Road at the cross stone and down into Balloch.

Route will be uphill for roughly 700 feet but in approximately 100 feet stages until the top then downhill all the way.

Boots recommended as wet & muddy at the reservoir but other parts normally dry.   A nice wee hill to do.
