The Rheidol Valley.

From start point a climb up behind the Statkraft building with good views & then a descent  back down into the valley past Pen y Pontbren to cross thr river at the Falls. . After walking East along the valley for 2 miles we take the bridge across at the fish ladder &  return on the North side of the river on a minor road . After recrossing the river we finish the walk on the South side of the river via Pencwnch & back to the start point.
