We are the Cardiff Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Ebbw Vale Parkway station car park, up to and south along the Cefn Manmoel ridge above the Sirhowy valley to Manmoel. Down to Cwm, and back up to go north along the opposite ridge above the Silent Valley below Mynydd Carn y Cefn. Mostly good footpaths, except two short, steep, rocky sections, one up, one down.
Start from Ebbw Vale Parkway station car park. The post code takes you past the car park entrance, which is on your left.
Walkers need to carry In Case of Emergency information – this might be on a card, key fob or on their smartphone.
