Overview

From the Rudyard Hotel the route takes the old pack horse trail to Gunn Hill, then drops towards the Roaches before swinging round to Gun End. It drops into the Dane valley, follows the feeder canal westwards before returning through Rushton Spencer and round Rudyard Lake.
