Overview

We meet at the car park at Brockhill Country Park for this pretty and moderately undulating walk. All day weekend parking is £3.60. From here we head north through woodland and open countryside to the foot of the Downs. We then follow the Pilgrims Way around the foot of Summerhouse hill through Frogholt and on to Newington Peene. We then return via Dibgate, Sene Valley, Saltwood Castle and church. Once back, there is a cafe only yards from the car park or multiple alternative eating venues in nearby Hythe.
