We are the Pembrokeshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This pretty circular walk takes us via the coast path to Sandy Haven before turning inland through fields and along country lanes before coming to the estuary and the final leg via the foreshore and coast path.
This is a very varied walk with two small muddy sections on the estuary.

Most of the road clousures on Sunday between Tenby and Pembroke do not come into force until 10am.
Please check the walks programme the afternoon before the walk for last minute changes.
Free car park beside church. The car park is south of St.Ishmaei's village and at the end of a narrow track.
