Please ensure that you bring sufficient water, drinks and food (picnic lunch) to sustain you during the walks.  Walk leaders will explain stops for drinks and lunch at the start of a walk.

Do consider the length of a walk, the weather and likely ground conditions to ensure you are fit enough and have appropriate footwear and clothing. If in doubt, contact the walk leader for advice.
