Overview

The walk starts at the picnic area just off the A3052 road along the B3172 by Seaton water tower. This is about a 20 minute drive from Sidmouth. This walk is quite hilly in places and there is one long ascent on the return from Branscombe. The walk goes through Beer on both the outward and return journey where there are public toilets. At Branscombe Mouth there is the Sea Shanty café which does drinks and meals where we will probably take lunch. Alternatively a picnic lunch can be eaten on the beach at that point.
