Overview

This circular walk with East Berks Ramblers will use the kissing gates recently installed by the Alton Ramblers Footpath Maintenance Team with funds from EBR Accessibility Fund . On leaving Selborne the route takes us east before turning north towards the site of Selborne Priory, then onwards to Oakhanger before returning to Selborne via Wick Hill and the Long Lythe. We will then ascend Selborne Hanger and return to the car park via the Zig Zag footpath. There are opportunities to take in extensive views of the Hampshire countryside and as we descend the zig zag path we will have the view of Selborne village and the countryside we have just walked.
