Overview

5.5 mile walk with 85m of ascent through undulating farmland on footpaths or quiet side roads. Muddy stretches can be expected as well as some areas of standing water so waterproof footwear and gaiters advisable. Approximately 15no stiles to be crossed. Some sheep in fields so dogs must be able to be put on leads when needed.  The Scarlett Arms pub will be available for refreshments at the end of the walk.
