We are the Scarborough and District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A 6.75 mile Morning walk starting at 9.30am from the Falcon Inn on the A171. This walk continues after lunch for an additional 4 miles, for those who wish to walk a little further. (see short walk-2 from Falcon Inn)
This route goes out through woodland and moor towards Ravenscar, before looping back via open fields and woodland to the start point at around lunch-time. Mostly good paths and tracks with some short stretches on quiet roads. Excellent coastal, farm and moorland views, with a coffee stop looking out towards Robin Hoods bay
