Overview

5 miles circular from Selly Oak Railway station Leader Kate Chester. The walk goes through a shopping park, following an old canal, then across Selly Oak Park to join the Bourn Brook which we follow until Northfield Road. Then follows the edge of Harborne Golf course up to St Peter’s Church, Harborne. From here we go across Groves Park, rejoin the Bourn Brook, then through various hospital buildings to University Station (where the walk may be ended), onto the canal to get back to Selly Oak.
