Join the CYW for a leisurely evening woodland walk! We'll be starting from Thornhill P&R where we'll take a secret footpath out the back towards the secluded Shotover Park with its stunning views and tranquil woodland.
Here we'll take a meandering route through the woods and a small bit of open farmland, before heading back the way we came.
If you'd like to skip the parking fees and don't mind sacrificing a bit of distance, you can also meet us at Shotover Country Park car park (OX3 8TD) at 19:30 - be warned this will make the walk more like ~2.5 miles but you can always have a wander before/after the official walk! If you choose this option please let Beth know so she knows to look out for you.
Afterwards we will head to a pub for a quick post-walk drink.

The Park and Ride is easily reached by the 400 bus from the city centre via Headington and also from further afield buses which stop at the P&R
Please bring water and dress for the weather, especially if we're in another heatwave!
