Starting from the Macclesfield Forest visitor centre, we will head past Ridgegate Reservoir before making our way to Wildboarclough via fields and lanes. From there we climb up Shutlingsloe (aka the Cheshire Matterhorn), pass Forest Chapel and come back through the forest. There will be the option to stop at the Leather Smithy for a drink on the way back to the cars.
