We are the Ross-on-Wye Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Leaving Skenfrith we go up Coedanghred Hill to the farm, then through Tump Wood and down to the River Monnow. Reaching Tregate Bridge we cross the river and head back to Skenfrith via Llanrothal and St John the Baptist church. (The church is said to have been founded by a Celtic saint, St Ridol. It has a beautiful rustic Medieval interior.)
