We are the West Somerset Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Dunster NT CP we take the permitted path to Gallox Bridge, Vinegar Hill, and Nutcombe Bottom. Then down to Clicket and up to Croydon Hill and on to the cross roads at Fire Tower. Over Black Hill to Stapling Lane and back via Aller Hill and Bat's Castle.
There are several steep hills, some stiles and underfoot conditions may be wet and muddy. On a clear day there are lovely views to the coast. Hopefully, the snowdrops will be in full bloom at Clicket.
Dunster Castle NT CP (fee or scan NT Membership Card) From the A39 Taunton direction turn left to Dunster Castle, right from the Minehead direction.
