Overview

We begin by making a short loop to Upper Solva village to enjoy the scenery and pass by pretty cottages and gardens, before returning to the car park. From there we cross the bridge and start climbing to the coastal path where we will have more splendid views, weather permitting, and continue for a few miles to the beach when we turn inland to Pointz Castle. We then return via Lochvane to Solva along roads, fields and paths some of which will be very muddy to the final leg up along the Gribbin descending back to the car park. There a few ascents and descents but nothing too strenuous with many lovely views.
