From St Ishmaels Sports Club we head to the coast at Monk Haven, then along the Coast Path in an easterly direction to Great Castle Head. Bridal paths and lanes then take us back to our start point.
The paths are generally good, although muddy in wet weather.
There are fine views across the Haven in all but foggy weather.
This walk precedes our Annual General Meeting that will be held at St Ishmaels Sports Club. Members are invited to join this meeting and to bring their packed lunches into the hall.
Sorry not suitable for dogs.
