 You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Staffordshire Area Ramblers’
on SUNDAY 30th NOVEMBER 2025, hosted this year by Staffordshire Walkers Group.

The meeting will be held at Caverswall & Cookshill Village Hall, Caverswall, Staffordshire Moorlands, ST11 9ED. GR SJ950 430

 The meeting will commence at 1.30 pm and will be preceded by a five mile walk around Dilhorne starting from the Village Hall at 10.0am. The walk will be led by members of the Staffordshire Walkers Group. The usual light refreshments will be available from 12.00 noon pm, please bring your own packed lunches. At the end of meeting there will be a short break for refreshment (tea/coffee and biscuits) followed by a talk given by our guest speaker. It is expected that the day will finish about 4.00pm.

 All Officer Posts are up for election, subject to appropriate nominations being received. We also have to elect three Individual Members' Representatives and three Representatives from Affiliated Organisations.

Nominations are welcome and can be made before and at the meeting.
