Overview

This is a moderate approximately 10 mile walk with great views from Stanage Edge and spectacular views from Bamford Edge. Lunch will be near the Ladybower Inn and we can call in for a drink after lunch.

PLEASE NOTE THE START TIME OF 9.30am.

Please note also that Bamford Edge is open access land and dogs are not permitted.

Roadside parking on New Road approximately one mile from the junction with A6103. Take the A57 Manchester road from Sheffield and turn left at the traffic lights on to the A6103 when you reach Ladybower Reservoir. New Road is then the first left soon after the Yorkshire Bridge Inn.
