8 miles easy to moderate pace.

Stratford - River Lee - Olympic Park - Three Mills - Limehouse - Ropemakers Fields - Island Gardens - Greenwich.

Picnic at Limehouse, or drink/food at Grapes pub. Optional tea at Maritime Museum in Greenwich at the end of the walk.

Numerous drop out points.
