Meet: 10.30 am Market Square by Leo the left lion
Route: City sights including, Lace Market, Arboretum, The Park Estate and the Nottingham canal. There are a few inclines (a couple fairly steep) and a few declines, but we will stop as and when it is needed
Finishing back at the Market Square
Good paths, moslty pavement walking
