Overview

The meeting place is now the Oaks Park Café at 10.30, for those wanting a coffee and/or loos.
From Oaks Park we will follow the Countryside Walk through Woodcote. Lunch will be at The Woodman - another detour - before returning to Oaks Park. 4 stiles right at the end. Pub lunch/picnic - please text to 07709 085835 by 17:00 on Monday 2 October if you want a pub lunch. There is a train strike on the day, so those intending to walk from Carshalton Beeches Station would need to get there on the 154 bus.  People using the 166 bus from Banstead should catch the 10.14 from outside M&S and alight at the Oaks Park stop.  A suitable connecting S1 from Sutton Station leaves at 9.47.
